• Astrological readings are interpretations based on planetary positions and ancient texts
• Results and predictions are not guaranteed

5.1 Pricing

Prices for premium services (Pooja bookings, Homams, Japams, consultations) are displayed in INR and USD. Prices may change without prior notice for future purchases.

5.2 Payment

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• You agree to provide accurate payment information
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5.3 Refunds

• Digital Services: Kundli reports, generated charts – No refunds once generated
• Pooja/Homam Services: Cancellations 48+ hours before scheduled time – Full refund minus processing fees. Less than 48 hours – 50% refund. After service begins – No refund
• Japam Services: Cancellation before commencement – Full refund minus processing fees. After commencement – No refund

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AstrologyWorld.org, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of AstrologyWorld.org and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our services

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
